Hi, I'm nchica40 and I'm very very new to this site. I found it accidentally looking at an auction on ebay and thought it was pretty cool. Obviously, I have become a member but I have a question.

I currently have active listings on ebay, how do I (or can I?) change them to include the templates offered in auctiva without ending them and starting all over? I really hope it can be done without too much trouble or confusion....easy for me, lol

Hi there it can be done but it is a fair amount of work. You can only do it if the auction has no bids. What you need to do is create the auction in Auctiva and then copy the HTML code from Auctiva and go to revise listing on eBay and remove the existing HTML and replace it with the updated.
If I was you I would leave your auctions finish out and just do any new ones through Auctiva with the templates.
First of all, thank you for responding so soon. Didn't think anyone would be out there since it's New Year's. By the way, Happy New Year to you.

Thanks for the advice, I suppose I'll leave well enough alone. I only have 4 auctions, all the others are buy it now's in my store. So, I agree, it would be time consuming to change each one. I will take your advice and just start new ones when the time comes.

Again, thanks a bunch!
nchica40 Happy New Year to you also! Smile You will find that there are quite a few helpful people here on the community boards. And since Auctiva has users on 3 different continents there usually is someone around that can provide guidance/ assistance.
I am sure once you figure everything out with Auctiva you will love it. ( well actually I am still figuring stufff out myself) I am sure I have saved HUNDREDS of dollars in listing fees on eBay since I have been using Auctiva
