Ok I've been using auctiva for a little while and I am at my wits end. The inventory is NEVER right, I cannot get rid or closed listings...I try to get rid of the ones that aren't eligible for the re-list credit...They erase and are right back the next time I log on. I rely on my inventory and it is always messing up...Once i discovered it added 17 items! Now I am going on vacation so I am scheduling a lot of listings in advance. Well today 30 didn't go up (was over $200 at eBay...paid them) however not only those 30 got messed up but the same items scheduled for later this week and next were messed up. How can it list an error that the item couldn't post when it isn't even that date yet!!! Sow when I go in to re-submit those to be scheduled guess what ...A few of the listings have TOTALLY DISAPPEARED. I have put in support tickets in the past and never got anything that helps...they tell me they have to send it somewhere else then they disappear.
Is this why everyone is leaving for Ink Frog?
Continuing to use AUCTIVA is becoming a poor business choice. I would be willing to even pay more than my $10/mon for RELIABILITY!!!!

And as my other posts...this will go un-noticed!!

Im new here so I can't help with the problem but I can tell you that I left that so called other service you are thinking about changing too for the same problems and worse, so if You think they are better.... You are wrong. I have a lot of friends that have used Auctiva for years and have nothing but great things to say about it. Like any company there will be problems, but my short experience here has been outstanding compared to the others. Smile
