Is it just me that can't seem to get my auctiva page to load and stay loaded once I am in ????

Most of the time I cannot get the log in page to upload and when I do if I am lucky I can upload at least 1 or 2 listings before it freezes on me and kicks me off... losing all my work !!!

Why is this happening? is it a glitch that at least can be mended or is it just a permanent thing with auctiva completely unaware of its popularity and not having enough server space to cope with the amount of people using it ? This has been happening now for months... so what gives..

I have so much to upload especially at this time of year and am at a loss why I am having so much trouble... I know I am not alone as I have a friend also suffering the same problems except now they won't use it anymore... I am perservering but must admit that it is getting beyond a joke now...

have auctiva got an offline listing manager which works for the UK ?

Anyone else suffering the same frustrating problem ? and if so is there an answer ?

Hi Katskitopia, great name.

I dont know if it will help you, but I wanted to comment that I just got a faster internet connection- my local phone company upgraded to fiber optic- and I have put up about 150 listings over the past couple of days with no trouble with page freeze ups , everything happens pretty much instantly with just the very occasional slow loading page.

Do you have a fast connection to the internet?

Maybe upgrading would help you out, if in fact you are using a slower connection.

I have been selling full time on ebay since 1998, and have tried all sorts of different posting services. In my experience Auctiva has the most responsive customer service or all of them, by a wide margin. I dont know for sure, but based on that I imagine Auctiva does everything they can to keep everything working right.
What I mean to say is that of course stuff is going to break, but they tend to get it back together again really quickly. At least in my experience.

I have been using eBays Turbo lister for a while now too, but they have just about zero customer service over there. When Turbo breaks, it takes them forever to fix it, and I swear that their tech support staff consists of chimps hitting pre-programmed response keys at random , since they usually answer questions with an irrelevant response to a question you never asked.

Anyway, I hope you get your problem solved quickly.

A Round of applause please, dht56 tells NO lies!
Keep up the good work Auctiva!

Right now I am having horrible problems . . .
0300 CST + Insomnia Eek + Server Down = No listing.

EXTREME Bummer, but I know it will only be a matter of LITTLE time and the fine folks at Auctiva will have this handled (the server problem anyway!) . . . Thanks!

(Hey, if Y'all got a solution for the rare case of Narcoleptic insomnia . . .I'd be interested. Otherwise - TRY and wake me when something important happens! Cool )
