Anyone else experiencing problems with screen formatting in Firefox after the new release? Everything looks like it's centered and the blue background is all over the place.
If I enter the site using IE (Same computer) all is fine.

i'm having the same problem with firefox also. its a mess! i certainly hope this isn't permanent. i have IE and tested it and its fine but i DON'T use IE for anything. all the icons that are supposed to be on top are listed to the side and its on a horrible blue background. does anyone know if this is going to be fixed? it also works fine with MOZILLA just not FIREFOX.
Hi,

I haven't been able to duplicate the problems on the one-page lister, especially the fading/ghosting on the description section.

Hmmmm......

I did note the problem on the main page that a refresh cleared. I'm wondering if the problems are "caching". I know I did a clear on the FF cache a few days ago, and generally use FF for checking/testing a webpage for that browser.

Has anyone tried clearing FF cache?

Hi,

From a "Grandfather" ...... Big Grin

1. Choose "Tools" and then "Clear Private Data" on the FF toolbar
2. On the pop-up window that appears, unselect everything but Cache to just clear the cache

Hi,

Confirming.....

Clearing cache and cookies in FF doesn't solve the problem, it simply works for a single pass to get the toolbars and text box to show.

In looking at the page source, my first guess is....the IFRAME for the editor in that window is failing to load [consistently].

Shadows of darkness...why did it have to be an IFRAME? ROFL

I'm sure they'll figure it out.

Hi Community,

Our technical team implemented a fix that we hoped would resolve this problem last night, however, you may need to clear your cache for your browser to load the new code from the lister page. You can clear your cache in the Firefox browser via the following process:

-> Please select "Clear Private Data" from the "Tools" menu, ensure the boxes next to "cache" and "cookies" are checked, and then click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.

Once this process has been completed, close and re-open your Firefox web browser for the changes to take effect. Also, please ensure that only one browser window is open when you are doing this or your cache may not empty properly.

If you continue to experience this problem after clearing your cache, please let us know by posting to this thread.
