You enter the email address you would like people to see on your store (or wherever you are using it) and then you enter what email address you want the email to actually come to (more than likely it will be your personal email address) - it is like an alias.

This way you can have email addresses that match your store and are very easy for your customers to remember. *These "alias" emails are only available for customers who purchase a personalized domain through Auctiva.
