A long time ago I tried this site, and had too many problems so I quit right away. I'm now checking it out again .. and see there are many changes. However, after reading and reading and reading ... I am still confused. Right now I use Turbo lister. Is that equivilant to "poster"? And then there's this site called Auctiva powerful solutions for ebay sellers. What is this and why does it look like an entirely different animal?

I'm so confused.

No reason to be scared, lol.

Poster is a desktop program like turbo lister.

The new Auctiva your talking about is a FREE service, it is a on-line program, not desktop like poster.

I use the Free service and I LOVE IT. I have very very few problems and having been using it since january. Hope I answered some of your questions, if you have more just ask.

Hi spidy,

No reason to fear. Have been using Auctiva for a while and just wouldn't go anywhere else. They have saved us so much money as opposed to Turbo, etc. There is always someone on the board willing to help you and their help support will be there during the week.
Give it another try. Good luck.
