my scrolling galllery is not showing auctions and in some auctions the gallery is not showing up at all, is there a special code i have to put in for it to show up if i post a auction manually through ebay?

While the scrolling gallery will show up on your listings right away if you post them through Auctiva, it can sometimes take a couple hours for the scrolling gallery to be automatically added to listings posted directly through eBay. Assuming the delay was what prompted you to start this thread, I suspect your listings contain the scrolling gallery by now.
If the scrolling gallery is still missing from any of your active listings, I recommend contacting our customer support team by mousing over the "My Account" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
