Hi - The first thing I would check is that there is a photo showing in the gallery image box in the image selection area on your saved listing. Second, that you have 'gallery' checked off under 'Marketing Tools'. These are easy items to forget, and can often be found by remembering to click 'Error Check" at the bottom of your listing.
Hi southpawma,

I just reviewed your eBay search results page and it appears that four of them are missing gallery images. Assuming these listings were properly configured to use gallery images, I Suspect eBay must have experienced a problem writing the gallery image from the provided URL, which I do see happen occasionally.

In any event, you should be able to add the appropriate gallery images to any of these listings that have not received bids yet and have more than 12 hours of duration left via the following process:

1) Visit the item on eBay.
2) Right click on the image you'd like to make your gallery image and click "Properties"
3) Copy the image URL...it begins with "http://..."
4) Click the "Revise your Item" link on the auction.
5) Click the “Add Pictures” button.
6) Delete the text in the “Gallery Picture URL” field and replace it with the copied URL.
7) Click “Insert Pictures” and then save your changes.
