Generating tab

I have been trying to generate a tab and failed miserably. I keep getting this error message stating.An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?

Can you help before I logoff for good, I have done everything I can to solve this problem.

Fed up, on the point of closing my aacount please advice or close my account.

It could be an error with your generated token. Try to renew yours. If this doesn't help, then send a ticket up to support.

The reason you are receiving that error message when you attempt to generate a token is because your eBay account is already associated with an existing Auctiva account.
