Google plans to begin testing publicly this week its much-awaited GBuy service, letting users and Google-watchers finally see how the company plans to attack the online payments market, The Wall Street Journal reported today.

I figured eBay would ban Gbuy all along. I mean really, if you OWNED the means by which most of your customers pay their sellers, wouldn't you want to continue that cut?

Paypal for all eBay transactions and when and if GBuy works as well as I think it will, then GBuy for everything else.

I'm anxiously awaiting to see how this pans out.
My items come up via Froogle for my website/ecrater and my eBay..so let's hope that this works.

Dangitall, I wish Auctiva would speed up the move into the ecrater type stores as has been discussed.

Auctiva could have a bigger piece of the financial pie and my stuff is already here to work with.
