Have unlimited plan but can't list

I pay $9.95 per month for unlimited plan and assume, this means I can post an unlimited number of listings, right? If it is so, then why do I get this message every time I'm trying to post?

"You’ve exceeded the number of items you can list. You can list up to 110 items this month."

This month of September I was only able to post 9 listings. I wonder what I'm paying for every month that I can't even make use of...

Are you by any chance a new Ebay seller? (Or relatively new?) Ebay often limits new sellers until they are established...I really don't think it's Auctiva. I would try doing a listing directly thru Ebay to see if you get the same message.

I've been selling maybe 2-3 month now, so, yes, I'm new. But I never had any issues/returns/refunds, and have only positive reviews. This is strange. :-( I like Auctiva because I can post more photos, which are necessary for me. With Ebay I don't think I can post this many images.

I thought Ebay put limits on every new seller for something like 3 months? So if you have only been selling for 2-3 months, that explains why you can't list very much. Auctiva doesn't have anything to do with that, as it's an Ebay rule. Can you check your status on your myEbay page and see when you can sell more?

That might be right, but if they say my limit is 110 items per month and I could only list 9 this Sept., then I assume this might be something else than a new seller limit.
