Hi dgtm,

Thanks for posting your question here. In order to adjust your account so these blue borders are not placed around the images in your description when you post items through your Auctiva account, you will just need to disable the Image Borders preference within your account.

This preference can be disabled by mousing over the "My Account" tab, selecting the "Account Preferences" option under Settings, selecting "Disable" from the drop down menu next to Image Borders in the Image Management section and then clicking the "Update Account Preferences" button below.

If you update your Image Border preference in this manner, these borders should not appear in any new listings you post through your Auctiva account moving forward, but your listings that already have these image border will remain unchanged.

If you would like to remove the image borders from any of your listings that are already active, you should be able to do so via the following process after disabling the Image Borders preference in your account (assuming eBay will still allow the description to be revised):

1) Click the ”< HTML>” icon to the right of the item on your “Saved Listings” page.
2) Highlight and copy the HTML that appears in the pop-up window.
3) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
4) Scroll down to the “Description” section and click the "HTML" tab on the description editor.
5) Delete the HTML that is already there, paste the copied HTML in its place and save your changes.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with this, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

-Mike
