Help with Auctiva Scrolling | Auctiva

Hi, I am fairly new, I have listed several things through Auctiva. I was using Seller Sourcebook.
I have about 20 some items on ebay, but when you look at the scrolling feature, it says no other items available.
I have it turned on in my account preferences. What do I do? I certainly do not want people to se "No Items Available" I want them to see what I have.

Hi Kathy - Judging from the number of recent posts in the 'Store Window and Store' topic tonight, Auctiva is having a problem with this feature, temporary I'm sure. If you would like to go to the Help page and file a support request as some others have, it would help bring the issue to support's attention when they show up for work in the AM. Welcome to the message boards.
