Help with Templet please

I have several halloween costume that i listed.. and i see that there is a halloween templet.. i added the templet but it does not show on ebay... it does on auctiva but not ebay.. help please.. thanks

I just reviewed your account and took a look at a couple of your Halloween specific listings that were configured to use this template, and I was able to see the template on eBay as well as on Auctiva, but I'm uncertain if I looked at the same listings in which you noticed this problem.
