How Do I add a Counter? | Auctiva

I'm still a little new to Activa but so far everything has been going very smoothly. The only problem I'm having is I can't get a counter added to my listings. I thought the "sellathon counter" was what I wanted but nothing is showing up on my listings. So far the only way I can see the counter hits is either go into Auctiva or revise each Listing through Ebay. Is there a particular tool or button on the listing page that will include an automatic counter to each listing?

Hi tbil,

On the listing page under the "image" section is "select a counter", just click the drop down box and choose "sellathon counter". That should add the counter for you, I've had no problems so far. Don't know if you can automatically select a counter, think you have to do it manually on each listing. If you have selected a counter for your listings I don't know why they aren't showing. Hope this helps

You have to sign up for the Sellathon counter first (don't know if you did that or not) It's under account settings at the bottom.
