Thanks for posting your question here. Based on what you have described, I'm under the impression that you must be creating new listing from a master profile and that your old postal code is automatically being loaded into the Postal Code field in the Checkout Options section of the Auctiva lister page.

Assuming that is the case, in order to update your account to make it automatically load your new postal code instead, you will need to update the Checkout Profile you are using to reflect your new postal code. If you use multiple Checkout profiles, you will need to update each one in this manner.

In order to reach the interface from which you'll be able to update and of your Checkout Profiles, you'll want to mouse over the Profiles tab within your account and then select the Manage All option next to Profiles. From the ensuing page, you would then just need to select the "Edit" option from the drop down menu next to the one you would like to update.
