How do I get the Auctive window off of my auctions? This has been nothing but a nightmare since I started it and now I can't find out how to get rid of it!

Hi trynhard1,
To disable your store window click on the store tab. In the store window box you will see your store window is currently enabled. Click on enabled,then scroll down to account preferences and select no for use auctiva store window,then click on update account preferences.
Now for auctions already posted to ebay,click store tab. Click on store window html,here you will see the html code for your store window. Go to ebay and edit the description of the auctions that you want to remove the store window. You will need to remove the html code from the description.
