Hi-
Just wondering if there is a way to default it so the auctions will automatically not "constrain proportions" on my images? When my auctions are live on ebay, I want the picture in the upper left corner to be "supersized" when a user clicks on it. Right now it is 300x400 or whatever. Is there a way to make this a default option or do I have to go into each picture of each auction manually and unclick "constrain proportions"?

Thanks!

Hi robertpack,

Thanks for asking. I believe all you have to do to accomplish this when listing through Auctiva is click the box next to "Enable Optional eBay Gallery Images" under the regular Auctiva Image Selection section on the Auctiva listing creation page and add your header image to the first "Select an Image" box there.

This will cause your listing to be submitted to eBay with the option referred to on their site as "Picture Pack" and the enlarged version of the header image that is display when you click on it should not be constrained.

If you give this a shot and it does not work like this, please feel free to contact our customer support team by clicking the "Help" tab within your account and then clicking the "File a Support Request" link on the ensuing page.
