how do I remove items removed from ebay in Auctiva window

I recently gave my ebay store a total facelift and deleted ALL the products and replaced them via Turbo lister with revised versions. However, all the old removed listings are still showing in Auctiva window....how I get the auctiva window to refresh with all the new listins on ebay and delete all the ones I removed from Ebay? cant figure it out in Auctiva configuration screen at all......

You can't do it manually. I think it should correct itself within a few hours or so but if it hasn't done so in a little while file a support case to see if they can do it.

Hi goldenfleece,

If you would like to remove these items from your store window manually, you can make them hidden in your Auctiva store at Auctiva -> Store(Tab) -> Edit Store Items. Any items that are made hidden will no longer be displayed in your Auctiva store, nor will they be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

Otherwise, they will be removed automatically the next time your Auctiva account is reconciled with eBay, which takes place about every 6-8 hours.

Oh, right -- yeah, you can hide them. I was thinking you revised the listings so they weren't showing the new images/price/whatever (which would mean you'd be hiding the listings you wanted).
