How do you get the store category option to open on listing page?

Hi SunshineAnnie,

For ebay store categories, first go to the "My Account" tab at the top and click on "Ebay Settings". Here you will find link to update your ebay store categories.

Then when you go to list, the categories should show up in the boxes below where you choose the ebay category for the item.
