Hi
Placing pictures under the auction description in Auctiva is simple. But if I would sell books on CD, for example, two ebooks I would like to put under the description and photos for the first book a description and photos for the second one. Diagram of this would look like this: title - description 1 - photos-description 2 - photos
But I have no idea how to do it.
Maybe someone can help me?

Hi hipokrates,

Thanks for posting your question here. While it is possible to create a custom template (either from scratch or from one of our existing templates) through Auctiva, I'm afraid we don't offer anything that would help you accomplish exactly what you described here because we only offer one description field.

I believe the best way to go about setting up your listings in this manner through Auctiva would be to include would be to enter Description-1, Pictures-1, and Description-2 within the description editor on the Auctiva lister page and then enter Pictures-2 in the Auctiva Images Selection section.

You can insert images directly into the Auctiva description editor using the "Insert an Auctiva Hosted Image" button on the description editor toolbar, which has an icon that resembles a landscape on it.

Then, once you chosen your template and are taken to the Modify Layout portion of the template selection process, you would want to select "Bottom" from the "Alignement" drop down menu.

This would give you the Description-1, Pictures-1, Description-2, Pictures-2 layout that you have described.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
