How to add images on an active ebay listing

Few months before acutiva stared charge for plans, I use to add images to my ebay listing from images I uploaded to my acutiva account , lately I paid for the basic plan to keep my images on my auctiva account , hoping to use them as I use to
Before I use to find my ebay listing on active, then I click on add images. Now I can’t see my eBay active listing on my auctive listing, anyone can help ,

I'd love to know the answer. I have tried repeatedly to get support to fix the problem but by the time they check on my auctions I've already been able to find them in auctiva search and add my pictures. It takes sometimes up to 2 hours for a new auction to be found with auctiva search. It might be linked to how long it takes auctiva to add the scrolling gallery. It used to be immediately after I uploaded an ebay listing. I might have to go somewhere else with my pictures and money.
