How to delete an active listing in Auctiva

I had a duplicate listing which I delisted on Ebay. However, Auctiva is still showing the delisted listing on the Auctiva store window as active. I have deleted the image in Auctiva but the listing [and pic] is still showing up [in the auctiva store window]. What do I need to do to get rid of the listing all together?

Oh my, AG, I am so glad I saw your post. I was just about to go into EBay to end a listing. I sure hope you get an answer. I will end the listing and get back to you if I get the same problem

Hi, What you need to do is..goto the store tab and then edit store items, you will be able hide the ended item(s), very simple even for me!
You can do this anytime there is an item you don't want to show in your store window. Alot of times sold items are still showing in the window, here you can just go and hide the sold item along with end item early. Hope this helps you both. Cal Girl

BADA BING!!Thanks for the tip!!MAMA MIA~~ However, I noticed that all my items are NOT SHOWN when I have the horizonatal scroll version set on my store. Why is this?? Keep in mind that I have set to show all of my items for sale in the edit area of the store tab. This is what makes me puzzled!!
Also, anyone having problems with the store loading? My store is there but nothing is loading as of an hour ago...noticed last night the store was loading slow as well...does this have anything with the site update?

The store window is only set to show 14 at at time currently.

And if you're still having problems with your store you might file a support request (bottom of the Help page).
