how to edit an imported listing

Hi,
I had some auctions end and they were successfully imported into Auctiva. However, they only show up in my 'imported' folder where they are not editable. I cannot get them to show in my 'saved' listings folder and I cannot figure out how to get them into there. Can anyone please help me figure out what I need to do so I can now list them through Auctiva? Thanks!

Lisa,

Which items are you trying to edit and relist with Auctiva? I see you have 6 pages of saved listings. If there are specific items that are not showing up in your saved listings area, you might want to try this:

From the listings tab, select the link for "Closed", which is right below the tabs.

On this page, you can select closed listings and then hit the "Import Listings" button. This will import them into our system as "saved listings" that you can then edit and post.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response. After it gave me an error message several times, it suddenly worked. It took a while, but they have now imported. I don't know why I seem to have so many repeat troubles with the import feature, but for now it's working.
