Huge delay in listing!

Does anyone else have this problem? I have noticed that listing via auctiva can delay your listings from appearing in ebay for hours! My latest auction was listed 8 hours ago and it STILL isn't showing! What's more it's only a 5 day listing so time is crucial. I think there should be some sort of rebate for this because I am paying for that time. Anyway, that's my rant.

Yes, this has just happened to me. How long does it usually take for these to upload? This is my first upload with auctiva EVER so, I am ever so confused now. I've also done only a 5day posting...

Any answers will be appreciated...

That is not Auctiva, that is Ebay...doing their indexing and fraud check. For the last year or so MOST of the time my listings are searchable immediately, but not always. Even if you list directly through Ebay you can still have the same problem.

They had it down to about 1 hour maybe 15-18 months ago. Then when they started doing more fraud checks things got really slow. And it's remained that slow since. A very long time ago, maybe 6-7 years it used to take them almost 24 hours. Recently it seems to be in the 6 hour range.

I have tried to list through Auctiva as well,(just joined), I have "posted" 2 listings to ebay with no success,(1 was 3 days ago). Auctiva says they are posted but nothing shows up on my ebay active listings.

I listed them thru ebay..I just "posted" thru Auctiva, Alfred Hitchcock Tales to Send Chills Down Your Spine. I have been trying to list it thru Auctiva for several days. I'll check to see if it went thru in a few minutes.

I'm having this same problem. I listed a bunch of stuff today for the first time through Auctiva and it's been about 5-6 hours and still nothing appears in the search listings, or on my "view all items" page. What's up with this!?

Yes they are there thanks. Some of my items have appeared in the search, but still about half of them aren't there. So you're saying this is normal?
Another question.. if you edit a listing, does it get removed from the search and go through the waiting process again???
