Thanks for letting us know about this. The behavior you pointed out usually occurs when someone changes his/her eBay store name after purchasing a customer domain for his/her eBay store.

If this fits your situation, you should be able to resolve this problem by updating your eBay store categories within Auctiva, which can be done by clicking the "eBay Settings" link under the "My Account" page within your account, and then clicking the "Update Store Categories from eBay" button on the ensuing page.
