I'm new to this. Just signed on today. I have read the tutorials and spent some time reading the forums. Despite this, I'm still lost
I wanted to know first of all, do I still maintain my ebay URL and User ID?, (the reason that I ask is because I still have some business cards w/this info on them. Do I now possess a URL for both eBay and Auctiva?
I also wanted to know why is it that my ebay store still looks the same despite the fact that I have selected a template? How do I view my new store, (with the new look)? When I go into "Store" where my URL is available and click it, I am able to see it there. When I go into my eBay store, nothing has changed in regards to appearance.
Do I have to go into each item, (I have about 50) and add the new template to them individually? Where specifically do I go for that?
I typed in my new URL, (search) and nothing is coming up. Is this normal?
I know that this is a lot. I do thank anyone for any assistance and I'm even more grateful for this community forum
