Hello Everyone,

Is there anyone out there that can help me with the BULK UPLOAD?? I have tried and tried and tried, but it always come back with a different error message. I was wondering if someone could send me a copy of a excel spread sheet file in the format that will be excepted...I have been adding items one by one and I have thousands of items to add!! I will be very thankful for any help I can get and will offer you a 40% discount coupon code for anything in my store!!

Hi Kathleen,

Thanks for posting your question here. We actually have tools available to upload listings from a spreadsheet in both Auctiva.com (for eBay) and Auctiva Commerce so it is not entirely clear which tool you are having trouble with but I hope to be able to point you at least in the direction of a solution.

If you wish to upload your inventory into Auctiva.com for the purpose of posting it to eBay, then you would need to make sure your file is saved in CSV or TSV format. If you are exporting the listings from Turbo Lister, you would want to choose "File Exchange Format (CSV File)" when you use their "Export Selected Items" option.

On the other hand, if you wish to upload your inventory into Auctiva Commerce, your spreadsheet would need to be saved in TXT or TSV format.

Hi Kathleen,

You're welcome. It is difficult to say what we will be able to do for you without having seen the file you are working with, but it is certainly possible that the solution will be as easy as saving the file in a different format. When you file your support case, please ask for an email address that you can use to send the file to us and we will go from there.
