Image captions are not showing on ebay

Greetings all

I use some stock photos for some of the items I sell. I see that the caption "STOCK PHOTO" is not showing on active listings. However, when I go to the manage photo pages the captions are clearly listed and updated. So why are they not showing with the images.

Hi Burly,

One thing to make sure of is that "Display Image Captions" checkbox is checked on Auctiva when you are creating the listing.

Could you please provide a couple of the item numbers for auctions where you don't see the image caption?

Thanks, I had assumed that when I created the profiles and saved them into a master they would stay checked. They didn't and some of the photos didn't stick either. So I will check and see if I can update profiles.

Just quick note, I went into my manage profile folder. Sure enough those didn't stay checked and half of the html in the description field was missing as well. I created these listings on Jan 4th the same day you folks had your wind storm which knocked out your power. Maybe this had an effect on the problem, I don't know, seems to be fixed now tho.....Thanks for your help.
