Re: Image Issues

Been using auctiva for awhile. Lately I am having issues with loading images from my computer. Getting the error: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

I have cleared cookies and cache with no change. After several attempts to load (about 4 to 12) it will load one here and there. With no changes at all. I have been watching this forum hopefully to see others with the same problem. When they do have something similar I notice that support states that it was a server issue and has been fixed. I continue to have the issue. If its a setting or something that I am doing or need to do different let me know. Any help would be much appreciated. With this error constantly comming up it is taking way to long to get anything listed.
Running windows XP Home
version 2002 SP 2
Browser is latest explorer.

What is wrong?? Every time I load pics to my new listing it freezes up when I try to save, view, anything. Then Auctiva goes down and it show not available. This has happened all weekend. Does this happen often???

No third party software/company is perfect...trust me I've tried a few. I've stayed with Auctiva almost 2 years and yes they have some "burps" on their service.

But, I've been in and out of Auctiva most of the weekend and haven't found any glitches in the system.

Be sure to file a Contact Help and report your issue.

I'm not aware of any widespread issues with our image serving or site this weekend. Our site doesn't go down very much. We use harware technologies to balance our traffic and if a server dies it's traffic is immediately shuffled over to a server that is still working.

What is the maximum number of images auctiva will host for free? When I try to upload images I get limit of 100 reached when I try to upload more images.

Same thing is happening to me! I've gotten to where I'll copy my html b4 trying to SAVE or PREVIEW here on auctive because I've LOST so many of my listings down the drain!

It sure is irritating, and i don't want to use ebay because of all the photos for free. I'm trying to upload 2 at a time but it seems to take for ever IF IT WORKS???

I finally can upload to my listings Yaheeee. But one thing I've had to do if it freezes is copy & paste anywhere else. Then restart my PC.to get Auctive to come back up. May be a coinsadence don't know.
