We are working to resolve the bandwidth issues with our bandwidth provider. It's out of our hands until they meet their contractual obligations to provide us bandwidth.

Any update on this?
Okay. So I have read the link and I have also aired my problems and discontentment on this forum more than once. And I think that we all have to be patient. Yes, that's right, patient. I know that this is hard for everyone. But, it's most of all hard on the Auctiva staff right now. Obviously, they are doing their best to rectify the problem. But, it can take some time. If any of you have ever worked in a business, you know that sometimes things can go wrong when you are working with other companies to do your business. And sometimes, it can take some time to get changes made. It's not like these guys can snap their fingers and "poof" a new server appears with enough bandwidth. This can take research and talking to people and making sure that they can deliver as they say they can. You don't want to jump from one frying pan into another. Right? I mean, come on, some of you have used or are using drop shippers, right? And you know how it feels when you sell something and the company has run out of that item, or doesn't ship for some reason. Then your customer comes after you. Not the drop shipper. But, it's not your fault, you say, right? Well, Auctiva staffers are in this same boat. They care about their customers. This I have seen. They are doing the best that they can right now. And they want to make sure that when they do move us all to another server, that we will finally get the functionability that we are all whining about right now. If they just go after this as a quick fix, we will just be having the same problems, and maybe worse. So everyone just calm down and get a grip. My store window isn't working right either. But, give them time. It will be fixed. They are working on it all the time. And it will work out. This time next week, we'll all singing their praises. And remember in the meantime, we still get great customer service, free supersized photos, as many as we want, and savings on listing fees. And for someone who has sold on ebay for years, let me tell you, those are a blessing. Even if it takes a while longer to fix the store window and the slow site problems. The ones who stick with Auctiva will be the ones who reap the rewards later. Thanks Auctiva, Great Job!
Very well said. I am somewhat new to auctiva, but have found their products to be on target (until now). I am personally going to wait for them to get their act together. But this should be a top priority for their IT department.

Guys (and gals) keep the products flowing and bring EBUD over to the Free side of Auctiva. It is a great product waiting to shine.

Thanks
