I'm new to the community but I discontinued my Auctiva account that required a fee, could that have anything to do with why I'm now having trouble uploading pictures? I tried 2 days in a row at different times of day, I even used Pix Resizer to make the images 400x600 (or visa-versa) but still no luck. Does anyone have any answers? I did submit a help request, but they probably won't reply till after the weekend and I wanted to list no later then today. THANKS!

Hi zoe_b1,

Our Free Tools plan that you are currently subscribed to only includes 1 MB of image hosting space (~10 images) so I suspect that you most likely do not have a sufficient amount of space left of the 1 MB included with your plan to support the hosting of more images. Assuming this is the case, you should see the following message on your Manage Images page:

"Looks like you need more image hosting storage than the free 1 MB limit we provide. To continue image uploading and editing, please upgrade to a flat rate plan."

If your intention is to continue using Auctiva to host your images and the 1 MB of space included with the Free Tools plan is not enough for you, you would need to upgrade to one of our paid plans that includes a sufficient amount of image hosting space to meet your needs.

Our $2.95 per month Basic Plan includes 500 MB of image hosting space (which should hold about 5,000 images) and our $9.95 per month Unlimited plan and $19.95 per month Premium Plan each include 1 GB of image hosting space (which should hold about 10,000 images).

If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
