We're sorry to hear that you have run into difficulty uploading images to your account.
We are not aware of any issues on our end at this time with images being uploaded to accounts in any browser and have not been able to reproduce an issue with either Firefox or Edge as you have mentioned. In our testing, the images selected uploaded as expected using the Auctiva Uploader in either browser and were then available within the accounts.
My initial suggestion is that you clear the cache of your browsers to ensure that none of the site pages have been erroneously cache prior to trying again:
To do so in Firefox: From the History menu, select Clear Recent History. ... From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything. Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items. Then, close the browser entirely and then relaunch it prior to returning to your account to log in
To do so in Edge: Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del] A new Window opens. Select the option "temporary services and files". Confirm your selection by clicking on the "delete" button. Then, close the browser entirely and then relaunch it prior to returning to your account to log in
If you continue to experience difficulty, please contact our support team based on the options available for your plan and let us know the details of what you encounter. Please include the full text of any error messages you may encounter and let us know where in the process you run into difficulty so we can look into it further.
We are not experiencing any technical issues on our end where there is difficulty with the image uploader in any browser and have not been receiving similar reports. Based on your report, I tested it in my own account using both Firefox and Edge and was able to upload images without any difficulty in each browser, so it is unclear what may be occurring for you.
I suggest that you clear the cache of the browser you prefer prior to logging back in to your account to try again and if you continue to experience difficulty, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site providing the details of what occurs for you when you attempt to upload images and if you are encountering any error messages, please get a screenshot that includes the error message and the full page where you encounter trouble so our support agents can look into it for you.
