Thanks for letting us know about this. I'm not aware of any technical problem that would cause the behavior you have described, but it sounds like there may be some sort of conflict between the uploader you are using on the Auctiva site and some aspect of your images.

If you contact our customer support team about this and provide us with one or two of the titles of images on your Manage Images page that exhibit this problem, we'll see if we can figure out what's going on. You will likely be asked to email us the original versions of the images you uploaded so we can see the properties of them.
