Hi Mint Cards,

Yes, there are actually a couple ways that you can do this. The first and easiest way to accomplish this would be to insert your images into your Auctiva created listings using the "Insert an Auctiva Hosted Image" button on the bottom right of the description editor toolbar.

This button has an icon of a mountain/sun on it and is just to the left of the User Links drop down menu. If you had an image to the description using this option, it will appear in its original size and will not have the “Click to Supersize” option.

The other way to accomplish this would be to create a custom template, perhaps from one of our existing templates, and change the image tags to use original images instead of the supersizable 400 x 300 px ones. The option to create or customize templates can be found by mousing over the “Listings” tab within your account and looking in the “Custom Templates” section

If you want to go this route, you would want to select “Original Images” from the “Choose Image Type” drop down menu and then use the links for Image 1, Image 2, Image 3, etc in the “Custom Template Tags” section to add enough image tags to the template to support the number of images you’ll be using in each listing.

If you are customizing one of our existing templates, you will need to remove the [DESCRIPTION_AND_IMAGES] tag that is already there and then replace it with a [DESCRIPTION] tag and the original image tags.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx#
