importing listings

Hi
I joined yesterday, hoped that by now my listings would have been imported but nothing.
I have just over 700 current listings on ebay UK, both fixed price and store - how long will it take to import them? Do I have to do anything else?
Also I thought the gallery would have shown up on my listings by now but nothing...

Hi Bea,

I set your account to reconcile with eBay so your listings should be imported and the store window should be added to them within 4-6 hours. Normally this is done automatically...I'm not sure why it wasn't in your case.

It's been three days and nothing has happened at all....
No gallery on my listings, no listings uploaded in Auctiva...
Does ebay not want me to join and is blocking the process?????
