I asked a few posts up if I could "close" the Auctiva store and the answer was No...so now I obviously need to make it work. I cleared my cache and cookies which I do on a regular basis anyway, also have broadband through Time Warner and yet, it's the ONLY site I can't get to come up. This is really frustating.

I imagined since it doesn't appear to be working, I would close it, but that doesn't appear to be an option. Yikes, what a Catch 22! I also was going to have a subdomain point to it, but that's not an option if it won't work.

I couldn't get it to work on my home computers using AOL, but at the office it came up fine using AOL. So who knows. I don't like AOL. It's just another layer of crud to get in the way of things working right. I probably spent 20-30 minutes fiddling with it.

If you're using IE maybe you can try Firefox.

Also what happens if you go directly to your store:
http://www.auctiva.com/stores/viewstore.aspx?id=153151
rather than to the domain name? Does that work? It worked for me on AOL. What didn't work was http://store.auctiva.com/gypsymart

Also running a tracert to store.auctiva.com in a command prompt window and then cutting and pasting the results may provide some insight to us on whether it's a computer/browser issue, or one with Time Warner.
