Thanks for contributing to our forum. Although there is a compatibility between the older description editor that is available in some accounts and Internet Explorer 10 that can cause behavior very similar to what you have described, I am not aware of any technical issues that would explain why you are seeing this within the newer editor enabled for your account.

I believe this may be a result of a conflict between something on your browser and our software, so the first thing I recommend trying which has the potential to resolve the issue is to clear your browser cache and then restart your browser.
