Item information not saving in Item details profile

Hi Stuart,

I just did a new Item Details profile from scratch; and the description text saved and worked fine on the one-page, when selecting the profile.

I'd recommend you open a Support Case at HELP, top of page, to investigate your problem.

Any chance you are doing a copy - paste of the text from Word or other word processing product? Word formatting isn't compatible with HTML/CSS and does cause problems.

Thanks for letting us know about this. There is a current issue with our site that will not allow users to save "fixed price" or "store items" item details profiles without filling in the "Buy it Now" price field. This issue is on our list of things to correct but I'm not sure when we'll be able to get that work done at the moment.

If you are indeed being affected by this problem, you should be able to work around it by entering $1.00 in the "Buy it Now" price field within the item details profile prior to saving. If you make that adjustment, I suspect you'll find your content is saved properly.
