Item specifics - Auctiva still missing them

Hi!
What category specifically are you having the problems with? There should be no reason why you would have to revise your listings on eBay--We had updated the way Item Specifics are imported from eBay several months ago.
If you are listing in the Clothing & Accessories categories, the Custom Item Specifics do include the style, size, color, condition, brand, material, and you can add your own if necessary.

If we have a little more info about the issue you are experiencing we would be more than happy to look into it further for you.

I can't find material, measurements item specifics in my auctiva account. How do i add them and select the options for value under each specific. I want to add more brands also to the value options also.

Jodi, on Auctiva just click on custom item specifics, on the top beside detail name type "Brand" and then beside Value, type whatever the brand is and then click on add. You can do that for most values that you want to add.

Well geez, I should have looked at the date of jodi's post lol.

js5, you can do the same thing as I just described if you want to add item specifics. Or if the detail is already on the list but not the correct value, you should be able to type the value in yourself.
