Item will not post they just get moved to scheduled then stay there.

I am getting this exact problem. I have tried removing them from scheduled and relisting, I have also tried reschedule but nothing seems to be working, they will not post to ebay.

Same problem here - how frustrating!!! Can't sell nothing if it just sits in Auctiva scheduled!!!

Does anyone else have a flashing info button at the top of their Auctiva page? When I click for more information, nothing happens - any knowledge on what the "info" is that hides behind the non-clickable button?

I too have filed a support case on the basis that the more who complain, the more likely they are to take the issue seriously and find a fix - lets hope?!!!

yes i am also getting this problem, hope they get it sorted soon,with busy bank hol weekend coming up.I have reported problem to Auctiva, as i guess many of you have. I have also tried resending, but not working. It was working ok last night, but no idea how long problem has been going on.

I also have a "nothing happens" Info button flashing AND non posting items! Has anyone heard anything yet, especially those who filed support cases?

And yet another one, attempting any route to get the listings on ebay is a waste of time, and the flashing info button just an annoyance. Am also reporting problem so they will have to update me...

I have the same flashing info button and nothing is posting...this is not good!

no heard nothing yet-apart from an acknowlegement email 1 hour ago, saying they would send me email shortly.- and i also have a non-working button too.

Wow I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem! I thought it was just me!

Still waiting for a reply from support case but of course it's nightime/very early morning in US so not likely to hear anything until the US wakes up!!!

In the meantime, I'm doing new listings hoping I may get them onto eBay at SOME point!!!

I filed a support request. Everyone should do it to alert them that it is a widespread problem.

Having same problem...like u guys, glad I'm not the only one.

Think support is still in bed, don't forget to check your schedule folder as they will be put in there more then once it you tried more then once to post them.

Ok, I just tried setting a scheduled time and my listings posted! Just FYI for those of you who are tired of waiting! Hopefully support will be able to fix it still too.

May be worth trying your listings again folks - after previous post by DSBOnline sales I just tried and would you know it - my items posted just fine!!!

Still no reply for support but perhaps they've been working to fix the issue behind the scenes........?

Mine are also working correctly, maybe just have to schedule once? Not sure, but thank goodness it's working again! Good luck to everyone!

Just got a reply to support case - basically they were doing maintenance on the site which messed up the listings/scheduling process for a while, but it is all completed now and everything should now be working as normal.

Hope everyone now has a stress-free day of listings!!
