Java Plug-In Won't Install

I have been using Auctiva for over a year now with no problems. This evening I tried to upload images, and there is a message "Install Plug-In". Click on that, and it says to Run Java Environment, which did not work. Then, tried the manual install, which also did not work.

I also tried Auctiva's basic image uploader, and I couldn't get that to work either.

I am using Mozilla Firefox 3.6. Internet Explorer isn't working for me.

Please help.

Just in case anyone else has this problem, it turned out to be my virus protection blocking the java.
