javascript error, i don't even know what it is! help!

First, do an error check on the listing if you haven't already (at the bottom of the listing page, click error check). If that doesn't take care of it, open a support case with Auctiva Support and they'll assist you in finding the problem.

Same problem here. I find that the error check is relatively useless. The error returned by the eBay API is again useless. I've reported the item to the requesthelp page and have not heard back. I'm a first time user of Auctiva and am now quite disappointed in this as a reliable service, but since the service is free, if the problems continue, I'll switch to another competitor without financial harm. Would still like to get my auctions going though. Any ideas? I have not embedded any javascript so it must be something that Auctiva is adding - possibly their counters? Maybe my PayPal logo?
