I too had a similar experience to Rebecca's with regard to buying from Liquidation.com. I spent nearly $500 on a box of mostly no-name, poor quality, damaged clothing where they had advertised brand-name, quality clothing. I couldn't sell most of them. I sent liquidation.com pictures of the damaged goods but they did nothing except close my account (thank goodness!) Definitely make sure you can obtain a manifest whenever possible!
My experience with liquidation.com was similar, I was however, able to get my money back.

I bought a lot of men's watches that were advertised as "NEW". Some of them may have been in fact new, but I never got through them all.

It was bad, real bad. After the examining the first case pack I was so disgusted I didn't bother checking the rest. Most had scratches and/or tool marks on them and one even had what I can only describe as organic debris on it. I took good detailed pictures and followed the dispute process on liquidation.

Ultimately, I was able to return them and got my money back. I don't think I will ever buy anything on liquidation.com and I won't recommend it to anyone else.
