Do you mean the scrolling store window? If it's enabled then I believe it should appear on all of your auctions, although it may default to a different page location for any listings posted through eBay's lister..

Hi thank you for getting back to me. Yes I enabled and it seemed to work on my new listings and yes we are talking on ebay. But I still notice that some of my other listins it doesent apper. What do you mean it may defalt to a differnt page. now when I go to Auctive itr shows all my listings. Please give me someore help if you can.... thanks again kc

The listings that don't have it -- were they posted from Auctiva or through eBay? If through eBay were they created before you signed up with Auctiva?

Hi rick yes I did them through ebay and yes I did them before I signed up with auctiva but it seems that most of my listings whent to auvtiva. And when I go to auctiva they have all my listing there. thanks for all your help get back with me if you have more ideas kc

Well, if they were done beforehand that may be the problem. I was thinking that the store window would still be appended to existing listings but I may be wrong about that.

When I mentioned the page location earlier -- if listings are created through eBay then I think the store window will automatically show up at the bottom of the page (rather than the top). If I'm remembering correctly...
