Hi- Not sure if this will help, but double check & make sure you have chosen at top of page you are choosing FIXED PRICE and not AUCTION. The auction choices are 1, 3, 5 7 and 10. The fixed price choices of duration are: 3, 5, 7,10, 30 and good till cancelled.

OR where the duration is make sure you click on arrow area and it will drop down the days you can choose from. I would think one of the two above would solve it.

Good luck

Jill, I hate to ask this as it irritates the devil out of me, but have you cleared your cookies and cache. If not I would do that. Also are you using either internet explorer or mozilla foxfire for your browser? If you are using say chrome (which I LOVE) auctiva does not I think the word is "support it". That may be wrong wording, but the other two they have refined more.

If you clear cookies and cache, close all of the browser windows except one. Then clear, I usually then close that window and then log back in. (however, if I were you after doing it I would just re-start just to since you are that close anyway.

IF that does not work I would send support a note, stating that you have cleared cookies and cache, if you do not put this, I would bet that will be your first response back, so this will save you one step.

Sorry I could not help more, I was just hoping it could be one of those.

Dear Jill,

Thanks for posting about this year. I just reviewed your account and was able to determine that you were not seeing the "30 day" and "Good til Canceled" durations within your account because those durations are only available for eBay store subscribers on eBay AU and our system did not *know* you are an eBay store subscriber.

I was just able to correct this problem by going to the eBay Settings page within your Auctiva account and clicking the "Update Store Categories from eBay" button so you should now be able to choose the "30 day" and "Good til Canceled" durations when listing through Auctiva.

Another form of update that would have caused our system to recognize that you are now an eBay store subscriber would have been generating a new token for your account.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

-Mike
