It may be that you need to clear the cache of your browser or possibly update the version of the description editor being used in your account.

If you are unfamiliar with clearing your browser cache, you can locate steps online using your favorite search engine by searching the name of your browser with "clear cache".

If you are not using the most recent version of the description editor, you can adjust it on the Account Preferences page (from the My Account menu) of your account. There is an option near the top of the page in the Listing Management section where you can check a box for V2.0 of the editor (unless it has already been done) and then save that change to your account to update the editor in use. Please note that you will not be able to revert back to the old editor after making this change.
