I'm still pretty new to auctiva, but so far I really don't see the benefit.

I'm trying to list some items, and everytime my browser needs to open a new window, I get a "can't connect" message.

I close the window and repeat 3 or 4 times till finally it's able to connect to auctiva.

when uplaoding photos I have trouble connecting, had had to upload the same photos 5 times before it goes through.

and "live chat" is never online. errrrrr, really annoying!
