Lots of probelms

I'm still pretty new to auctiva, but so far I really don't see the benefit.

I'm trying to list some items, and everytime my browser needs to open a new window, I get a "can't connect" message.

I close the window and repeat 3 or 4 times till finally it's able to connect to auctiva.

when uplaoding photos I have trouble connecting, had had to upload the same photos 5 times before it goes through.

and "live chat" is never online. errrrrr, really annoying!

I am having same problem.

ERROR MESSAGE: Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

Yeah, Im getting the same thing. I have used Auctiva for years and always raved about it. Now Im a little embarrassed from all the problems they have been having. I think this is it for me. I would much rather pay then have to deal with this all the time for free..

Yep same here

Has anyone filed a support case with them. I tried but keep getting the 'connection failed'. I will keep trying AGGGHHHH!!!!

I filed a support request.

I'm getting "server or proxy not found" when I try to upload.

I was able to go ahead and work on listings for a little while, but that just died and now I'm getting the page load error. ugh.
