Rick,

I'm far from an expert on Auctiva and ebay but I don't see how the scrolling store window can automatically show up in a listing created on ebay. I think that you can manually place the HTML code required to display the scrolling window into an ebay listing but I can't see it happening automatically.

Does anyone know for sure?

Thanks ... Max
When I started using Auctiva I already had a few listings on eBay. After I joined and setup the token the Auctiva stoe window showed up on my previously created listings. Also all of the pics from thoes listings was imported to Auctiva's image hosting service.

From what I understand the token grants Auctiva to act in your stead for posting and possibly limited updates to your listings.

Rick, could you explain in a little more detail what the token has to do with non-auctiva created listings? How exactly would Auctiva know about a listing created directly on ebay?

Thanks ... Max

The token allows Auctiva to have access to your eBay account in the same manner that you do. This includes revising listing, creating new listings, downloading items that you are currently selling whether they were created with Auctiva or not. The token allows them to do things that they would otherwise need your username and password to do, including listing.
