I am new to auctiva, still using the free trial. well, I launched 94 listings. I have some watchers, a few bids, and for some reason I decided to open one on ebay, and there are no words in my description. The words are in auctiva, the saved listings thing is set to "all", I have a valid ebay token...so what the heck is the problem? I used the 50 free listings per moth that ebay gives people, and now I have fees to pay for the other 46 I put up that have NO DESCRIPTIONS. Can someone please help? Thanks.

If you put a description in and then you cant see it on ebay. Try this, check you template. Is it black, or dark blue? If so you will need to change the color of you letters, to white or another light color. You can see if they are there by revising you item in ebay. Act as if you are going to copy and paste your description area, but don't paste, just change the color to a lighter color. If your description is there it will then show up for you and your buyers.
